The USGT-100 100lb grease trap is used in dish rooms to remove fat, oil, and grease from water, preventing it from solidifying in the pipes and causing water backup. Deposits float to the top of the interceptor and are captured by the baffle, which is removable to simplify cleaning.

• 11-gauge cold rolled steel with an oven-cured and acid-resistant baked gray epoxy coating

• Flow rate: 50 GPM (gallons per minute)
