CONTROLS:
* TEMPERATURES ARE REGULATED BY AN INFINITE HEAT SWITCH. DIAL KNOBS, WITH
AN "OFF" POSITION ARE MOUNTED IN FRONT WITH GUARD. AN INDICATOR LIGHT
IS ASSOCIATED WITH EACH SWITCH. EACH HOTPLATE IS PROVIDED WITH AN
INTEGRAL TEMPERATURE LIMIT CONTROL FOR OVER TEMPERATURE PROTECTION.
