Southbend SLGB/12SC

The Southbend SLGB/12SC convection oven is compatible with LP gas. This single deck, bakery-depth unit can accommodate one full-size sheet pan or two half-size sheet pans arranged front to back. It comes standard with five wire racks, which can be placed on 11 different rack positions. The oven interior is finished in porcelain and has coved corners instead of square corners to facilitate cleaning the oven. The doors open to a full 180 degrees and have low-emission glass windows to allow operators to monitor items as they bake.

The Southbend SLGB/12SC convection oven offers a temperature range of 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, adjustable solid state thermostat controls, and a 60-minute timer that allows for cooking precision. Heat, which is provided by patented, high-efficiency burners, is held in the chamber with a seal system that uses both doors. Consistent heat distribution is achieved through blower fans that circulate air within the cavity. The control panel is easily accessible for servicing and maintenance, as it slides out from the front of the oven.
