The Beverage Air SPED27HC-B-ARB is a versatile refrigerated counter designed for sandwich preparation. It features a 27-inch width and offers 6.9 cubic feet of storage space. The unit includes two pull-out drawers that can accommodate 6-inch deep pans, with the provided pans being 4 inches deep. The stainless steel top has openings for eight 1/6 size pans, and it comes with a 10-inch polyethylene cutting board. The exterior is made of stainless steel, while the interior is aluminum. It uses a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 1/10 HP motor.
