The CookRite Range is a natural gas appliance measuring 36"W x 31"D x 57-3/8"H. It features two 32,000 BTU open burners with standing pilots, a 24"W 3/4" thick polished steel griddle on the right, and a 26-1/2"W oven with an oven pilot and safety shut-off. The oven includes two adjustable chrome racks and a drip tray. The range is constructed with stainless steel on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and over shelf, and it is equipped with casters for mobility. The total output is 136,000 BTUs, and it is certified by cETL and ETL-Sanitation.
