The American Range ARSP-18 stock pot range has a single cast iron, three-ring burner with separate manual controls for the inner rings and the outer ring, so it can be used to heat all sizes of stock pots to precise temperatures. A dedicated stock pot range is a great addition to kitchens that regularly produce lots of stock, soup, or chili. This unit is only 24 inches tall, so lifting heavy pots of liquid on and off the rangetop is simple and can be done without straining the user.
The full-width drip tray of the American Range ARSP-18 one-burner stock pot range ensures boil-over messes and other spills are contained before they create slipping hazards in the kitchen. Extra storage room is provided by the lower cabinet, and the heavy-gauge stainless steel chassis is built to withstand the substantial weight of fully filled stockpots. Stainless steel sides, front, and legs plated in chrome complete the unit's heavy-duty construction, which is suitable for routine use in high-volume settings. Adjustable bullet feet maintain a level cooking surface on uneven ground.
