The Accutemp S62083D10030200 countertop steamer has modes for steaming, holding, fast cooking, and low-temperature operation. Lights indicate which mode it is set to, and the manual timer can be adjusted as high as 90 minutes for precise cooking. To facilitate cleaning, a drain valve is mounted to the front for quick water removal. The heating element is protected from water to ensure it doesn't become damaged.
