Featuring a 130-liter fixed bowl, dual-motor drive, and two-speed spiral operation, it delivers exceptional kneading efficiency for dense, high-hydration, and artisan doughs. Built with bidirectional bowl rotation, programmable dual timers, manual/automatic operating modes, and an integrated direct water-connection line, this mixer ensures repeatable mixing consistency and durability.
