The Empero Commercial Heated Drawer Unit keeps prepared food warm and ready for service in demanding commercial kitchens. Each drawer features independent thermostatic temperature control, an insulated interior, heavy-duty drawer slides, and 1/1 GN pan compatibility. Available in one, two, or three-drawer configurations to suit various workflow and volume requirements.
