The Southbend (Middleby) Model P48W-CCCC is a heavy-duty 48" gas charbroiler built for performance and durability. Featuring cast iron grates, stainless steel radiants, and manual controls, it’s designed for wood-smoke cooking with enhanced flavor. This unit includes a removable drip tray, 9-1/4" front rail, and a 5" flue riser for ventilation. Constructed with stainless steel front and sides, and mounted on 6" adjustable legs. Produces 128,000 BTUs. CSA and NSF certified.
