The Garland CPO-ED-12H is a compact, electric countertop pizza oven built for consistent, high-heat baking. Constructed with a durable stainless steel finish and 1.5" thick insulation, this model features two internal cooking decks with removable ceramic hearths, each measuring 21"W x 21"D x 3"H. Each cavity is equipped with a 650°F adjustable electromechanical thermostat and a 15-minute mechanical timer for precise control. Includes a full-length cool-touch door handle, oven-ready light, and 6-foot power cord. Operates on 208V or 240V single-phase at 3600 watts. Designed for thin-crust pizzas—accommodates up to (8) 10", (4) 12", or (2) 20" pizzas. Not suitable for pan pizza baking. Weight: 145 lbs.
