The Empero EMP.MK.60-USA is a heavy-duty commercial planetary mixer designed for bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants, and high-volume commercial kitchens. Equipped with a 60-liter stainless steel bowl, variable-speed operation that allows on-the-fly speed adjustments, and an electric bowl lift, it delivers smooth, quiet, and low-vibration performance for heavy doughs, batters, and specialty mixes.
