Designed for professional shawarma, doner, and gyro preparation, these commercial gas shawarma machines feature independently controlled burners and a reversible bottom-mounted motor. The sliding spit base allows the meat to be positioned closer to or farther from the burners for controlled, consistent, and even cooking.
