The U.S. Refrigeration USCBLR-48 is a professional-grade natural gas charbroiler engineered for high-volume foodservice operations. Equipped with eight 18,000 BTU cast iron radiant burners, this 48" unit delivers consistent, intense heat for searing burgers, poultry, and seafood with precision. Individual hi/lo controls on each burner allow operators to manage cooking zones independently.

The 21 3/16" deep cast iron grates retain heat exceptionally well and impart authentic grill marks while the lava rock system ensures even heat distribution. Built with a durable stainless steel construction and adjustable legs, the charbroiler resists corrosion and facilitates cleaning.

A large-capacity removable catch tray safeguards countertops from grease splatter. Compact at 47 1/4"W x 32"D x 13"H, it fits standard countertop installations. Requires natural gas connection.
