The Winco IFT-2 insulated food carrier is a full-size unit with two compartments. It is insulated with polyurethane, equipping it to maintain safe temperatures as food is transported from place to place. As many as eight full-size food pans, or their fractional equivalents, fit inside. The vent cap can be adjusted to release pressure so it is equalized between the interior and exterior of the cabinet.
