Equipped with LED lights and display glass, customers can conveniently view the flavors in all (18) 5-liter pans before making a selection.
Because the Howard McCray EVO-G9-53-66-5P gelato dipping cabinet features a heated front and side glass, condensation buildup is minimized. The front glass lifts up with hydraulics, and the rear curtain rolls down to make scooping and refilling efficient. Cooled with air and self-contained, the refrigeration system requires ambient conditions of 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 55 percent humidity.
