The Bevles BVST4 EconoMate™ Combination Hot/Cold Portable Buffet is a versatile unit designed for both hot and cold food service. It features a 58-3/8" wide by 22-1/2" deep base, with two 5" deep ice-cooled stainless steel cold pans and two hot wells with infinite switches for temperature control. The buffet has a stainless steel top, an enclosed steel base with a powder coat finish, rear sliding doors, and a clear acrylic canopy. It is equipped with 5" casters for mobility and is UL and NSF certified.
